SERVICE STATUS UPDATE

We are temporarily suspending our services.

The health and wellbeing of our clients, partners, employees and the overall community is our top priority. Therefore, following the announcement from the UK Prime Minister on the 23 March, to aid battling the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, we have now taken the hard decision to temporarily suspend the operation of our services.

What does this mean and how does it affect you?

All Momart office-based employees now work from home.
They can be contacted through usual channels – their direct line, mobile phone and email – and are able to assist you with all your current and future enquiries. Please get in touch with your Account manager if you need more details on the status of your projects or if you have any questions regarding the temporary suspension of our services.

All existing bookings for Momart services due in the next four weeks have been suspended.
We are still providing estimating for long-term projects so please get in touch with your Account manager if you wish to discuss those.

Our warehouse facilities will continue to provide storage services exclusively by appointment.
Those will need to be booked in advance. Please contact your Account manager if you wish to book a storage appointment.

How long will these special measures be in place?

We will continue to review the situation as it evolves and inform our clients and partners of any changes. In the meantime, the special measures listed above will be in place until further notice. 

We are fully committed to supporting our clients and employees in those unprecedented times and will be closely monitoring and following the Government’s guidelines to help stop the spread of coronavirus.

We remain at your disposal during our office working hours which are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. All office phones have been diverted so should you need to contact us please get in touch with your account manager through their direct phone number or email.
