Momart proudly presents an exhibition by our talented fine art logistics employees showing those who move art also make art.
On Thursday evening we celebrated the opening of the Momart Summer Exhibition, a display of artworks by Momart employees. As one of the UK’s premier art shipping and logistics companies, we have been organising exhibitions for renowned galleries and museums around the world, however this show is a special one for us – the first exhibition of our own artwork.
The Momart Summer Exhibition is a group show presenting artworks by 12 artists and Momart employees. Most of the 33 artworks, ranging from photography to drawings to large scale canvasses, are available for sale. You can find out more and make the purchase by contacting the artists directly. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll put you in touch.
“It's been such a pleasure working with my colleagues in a new light on The Momart Summer Exhibition" comments Alysha Roake co-organiser of the event. "The exhibition created a space for us to show off our artistic achievements and passions outside of Momart, and to inspire and learn from each other on a completely different playing field".
We hope this will be the first of many Momart shows, as it does feel like we have only just dipped our toes into the pool of creativity that manifests itself beyond our day jobs.
The exhibition will be available to view in the atrium of Exchange Tower until the 5th of August and we welcome everyone to visit.
