We currently have an opportunity for an Exhibitions Coordinator to join our Exhibitions Team to assist with the coordination and administration of client projects.
Your key responsibility is to be the primary client interface to museums and institutions and successfully manage jobs involving the transportation, installation, and storage of fine art for exhibitions and shows. This involves agreeing, defining and updating a project plan and liaising with all Momart departments to schedule and manage the resources required. The coordination role involves management of all aspects of delivery from project planning through to invoicing, and ensuring the job is conducted within an assigned budget.
You will have excellent communication, project management, analytical and administration skills, an eye for detail, energy, flexibility and self-motivation, along with an ability to understand the technical requirements of projects. It is essential you have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and are prepared to work as a team member and to tight deadlines.
The successful candidate for this position will have previous experience in a similar role within the shipping/specialist removals industry, coupled with the ability to multi-task and maintain clear and concise records. Knowledge of the art industry would be an advantage.
Salary dependent on experience.
